"LIKE" Film Screening

Technology is a tool. It’s here to stay and social platforms are a place to connect, share and care, but what’s really happening? Are we addicted? How do we stop? Where do we start? What do we need to know? By understanding the effects of technology and social media on the brain, on our lives and on our civilization, we can learn how to navigate it more safely together.

“Like” ›› is meant to inspire people of all ages, especially kids, to self regulate. It’s not about blame. It’s about looking in the mirror and empowering ourselves to create balance in our lives and to learn to be there for each other.

Film screening hosted by Scilla Andreen, “Like” director and CEO of IndieFlix ››, a leading global screening and streaming service of social impact films and series to create positive change in the world.

Presented in partnership with Chabad Intown, Jeff’s Place, Savvy Cyber Kids, Atlanta Jewish Film Festival, andEmory Hillel.

JumpSpark’s Navigating Parenthood is a series of workshops designed to equip parents for the milestones and challenges teens face today. Exploring topics on teen wellness, preparing for college, and more, Navigating Parenthood will connect parents with resources and agencies in Atlanta to help them prepare teens for life.

Through a partnership with Chabad Intown, we’ve expanded Intown to better serve the the Jewish families living inside the Atlanta perimeter.
